Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of Bibo’s home screen to open Settings. Toggle Daily Reminder on or off and pick the time of day that works best for you. Reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone and never use external push servers.

Listen to your body: Breathe gently and comfortably without forcing your breath. Stop immediately and return to normal breathing if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, faint, short of breath, tingling, or unwell in any way.
